Practice with heels is very important in order to have a successful dance career. Heels not only provides confidence and a better svelte figure, they also help with balance and to have stronger ankles. Therefore, dancers that requires dancing with heels, also need to practice and train their ankles in order to ace the performance floor. However, how can a dancer practice with heels without bothering the downstairs neighbor?
Furniture Pads / Felt pads
Yes, that is right. If your are dancing in a hard-wood floor, furniture pads are the best to silence your heels’ tackling. Felt is know to work as protector of wood floors when moving furniture.
